Sapphire helped me develop a dating and friendship app. I communicated with their lead developers and maketers and they helped me with every step on the way. The key deliverables include building a website, an android app, an iOS app for social services that focuses on face-to-face interaction. My app is called TerriTie. They also helped me develop UX/UI design. They have also assisted me in my Kickstarter campaign by making digital videos and SEO and SMM to market my app and project.

Sapphire also helped me brainstorm my ideas. I consulted their experts in multiple specialties including marketing, code development, and app deployment. The also helped me accomplish the following:

We have created a communication channel over Microsoft Teams but also occasionally using email. Sapphire was organized by dividing tasks between specialists. This was particularly helpful as I had some points of contact in each specialty to communicate my needs directly instead of having to communicate to one person or assemble a team by myself.
Having all service under one roof helped me a lot by saving me a lot of time as they already have harmony and cooperation amongst their team members. They always strived to deliver on time and I appreciate their work.

There were some points were the team went above and beyond to search with me and think about what would be the best approach to tackle the challenges I am facing in my startup. As in any project with a big team, sometimes there can be small miscommunication. Although this happened rarely, there was a few miscommunication between myself and the team. This might also happened because of my non-technical background. However, even in these rare occasions. Team members and the company always did their best to adjust and ensure my satisfaction as their client.
