They presented a comprehensive SOW, taking out a lot of time to understand the project before actually starting. Thanks to this crystal-clear picture, we knew what we were building out and what the timelines and structure were. Brainvire has met deadlines 9 out of 10 times.
There’ve been a lot of people involved in developing the app, and Brainvire coordinates very well amongst themselves and with us. We use Jira to track the work on a daily basis, and we communicate through email and Skype. My technical team is always on Skype.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brainvire Infotech Inc, and what were your goals?
We wanted to develop an app that was easy to use, appealing to the eye, and to act as platform for travelers to meet one another.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking at multiple developers at first and when we spoke to BrainVire they almost immediately understood what we were trying to accomplish and how to accomplish it. They offered reasonable pricing and were very patient and polite with us. The apps they have made before were also a deciding factor because of their recognition.

We had calls prior to us actually starting to make sure we had this idea down. They drew up UI designs and would change it as we saw fit. Once development started they were never late and always delivered on time, even with development they would change things as we needed them to be changed and were very patient in doing so.

We worked with two from BrainVire’s business team to hash out pricing when we needed to add something and a project manager. Each of them we spoke to were incredibly polite and were always ready to be on call.

We are nearing the impending release of our app and are so happy with the work BrainVire produced, they brought our vision to life and really made it an app to be proud of.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Communication at times could be difficult because of language barriers, however, it would always work out in the end and we’d reach that common understanding. They were very patient when it came to this and would move on until they fully understood what needed to be done. The timeliness we experienced was perfect, there was never a moment when their delivery on anything (UI/UX, development releases, etc) was late.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Everything we said we wanted to add, they can always do. I thought some things we wanted would be impossible or would be way out of our price range. Also I thought how fast BrainVire worked to produce results was impressive as well, we’d put in a request for additional features or tweaks to little things within the app and they’d have it done and presentable by the next day.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There could be improvements on contract negotiations, we went into it thinking there’d be some features that turned out wouldn’t. There was some miscommunication on that end.
