I’m the founder and owner of an e-commerce-based batteries company. We sell batteries, solar batteries, cables, chargers, and equipment needed for direct current power.

Our e-commerce was based on Magento, and we wanted to upgrade it to Adobe Commerce. We also wanted to consolidate all our sites into one. We had multiple installations of Magento and wanted to combine those into one admin. We also were seeking to migrate to the enterprise version of Magento and expand all our websites.

We decided to make that transition to grow into a larger website and sales. I told Adobe Commerce that I was having a hard time finding the right development partner, and the team sent recommendations for me to review. We first contacted Brainvire Infotech Inc in June 2023 and started working on marketing, but I realized my company wasn't ready for it. We stopped working with the marketing team and decided to work on development beginning in October 2023. The team launched our e-commerce in March 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I haven't had a chance to dive into the site's metrics since it was recently launched. However, sales are slowly picking up, which is important. Our new site is more efficient, and our internal team is able to work on it and keep our products updated since all our websites are connected. The site's design is cleaner and easier to use. Our users have an easier time checking out, especially when working in conjunction with Adobe's payment services, which is one of the focuses for switching from Magento.

The team is well-managed and organized.

I want to highlight Chintan (CEO). He's personable and likes to meet all of his clients to form a relationship with them. He makes me feel valued, and I haven't seen that in other companies. He's very easy to reach, and whenever I meet him, he comes bearing a present from his culture, which is nice. I also want to highlight Dipen's (Project Manager) work, who is very responsive and works diligently to ensure my needs and concerns are met.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive aspect of Brainvire Infotech Inc is that they have several services within one company. The team offers front- and backend development, UI design, graphic design, and marketing, and they're good in each area. I haven't found many companies that offer all of these services under one roof. Brainvire Infotech Inc is fortunate to have all those services within the company and is under great leadership. Chintan has a good eye for work quality and employees.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Brainvire Infotech Inc can benefit from using project management software or an online platform rather than just relying on spreadsheets. The team can benefit from having a central location to monitor the project's progress and visualize which tasks need to be done versus which are completed.
Additionally, I'm flexible with my schedule; however, the team needs more staff available to work within the US timezone if they want to work with more clients from the US. That way, the schedule won't be a burden for the team or the customer. Brainvire Infotech Inc is located in India, and we're always looking to accommodate our schedules. Although the team has offices in the US, I've worked a lot with the team from India, more than with the US team.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I suggest customers be prepared when engaging with Brainvire Infotech Inc and designate dedicated persons to work with the team and provide them with the information they need. Brainvire Infotech Inc works quickly, and the more the client can keep up, the quicker their project will be completed. I think this team is a blessing for every client looking to complete and publish a project. My advice for clients is to ensure they have the dedicated staff and time to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc.

I’m the regional marketing manager of a company that manufactures and promotes a wide range of building materials used in the construction industry, including wall assemblies and ceiling systems. We’re covering 25 countries around the globe and are located in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) area, in North Africa, ann part of East Asia.
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We wanted to create an application to manage a loyalty program for our end users, and we were looking for a vendor to help us with the development. The program needed to have a system to gain points and redeem them to have more accessibility with our end target segment.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire Infotech Inc designed and developed a loyalty program application from scratch. The brief of the project was that we didn't have access to our target audience since we had direct contact with one distributor, but we didn't have access to their customers. We focused on creating an application for our end clients to purchase products for the paint industry.
We initially provided Brainvire Infotech Inc with a comprehensive scope of work, including a request for quotation. We worked hard to create the scope with our internal audit team to document our initial requirements. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Although Brainvire Infotech Inc has finished our product, we still need to modify some production technicalities for the app to generate the QR codes automatically. We have around 300,000 SKUs each month that need to be branded with a QR code in order to be eligible for the loyalty program. We purchased a printing machine from a Chinese supplier, but the delivery was delayed.
This unplanned situation caused the delay in launching our app, so I don't have quantitative feedback at the moment. However, Brainvire Infotech Inc delivered a final product that met our initial requirements.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
I had previously managed different development projects and knew it was common to have changes during the process and deviations from the scope. The project was delayed around 2-3 months but didn't represent a stopper or change in our process. Brainvire Infotech Inc resolved issues efficiently and tracked project tasks using Microsoft Azure, Agile methodology, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?
When we went live, the QR codes were generated by our servers; however, they were originally meant to be printed on a sticker. We found this situation to be difficult to resolve at the time. Brainvire Infotech Inc suggested an intelligent way to resolve the issue and another way to feed the machine, recommending an online solution to generate the QR codes. Brainvire Infotech Inc made all the required code changes and enhancements to the control panel in a swift time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Brainvire Infotech Inc performed the project follow-up on different dashboards and platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Teams. Sometimes, we missed details in the communication, so it'd be nice if the team could streamline the follow-up process and use one dashboard.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
This was a turnkey project for Brainvire Infotech Inc, where they had to create our app's wireframes. Other customers could work with other companies to create the wireframes and let Brainvire Infotech Inc act as a supervisor company and manage development. I think it would be helpful.

The previous company we were working with was not successful with the development work, but Brainvire Infotech Inc was able to turn that around and take it from a failure to success. They’ve been completing all the work, and we’re happy with the results. In our line of work, it isn't easy to understand the scope of work and deliver, and Brainvire Infotech Inc has been able to do that for us.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
Some of the work has taken longer than expected, but that was on our end, not theirs. We’ve had a few bugs, but Brainvire Infotech Inc has been able to solve them. For the most part, they deliver on time and within budget. We use Microsoft Azure for project management and have scheduled weekly calls with our project managers.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are extremely transparent about issues and offer solutions. Brainvire Infotech Inc has also come up with suggestions that might be outside the initial scope to ensure a better experience.
Brainvire Infotech Inc’s solutions are creative. We’ve worked with other companies that will continue to work within the initial scope of work even if it is wrong, but Brainvire Infotech Inc does not do that. They’re flexible and ensure that what they’re building aligns with your goals. They also don’t have tons of turnover, which we see in many companies.
Are there any areas they could improve?
In one instance, it took a while to fix our source code, and on the fifth attempt, Brainvire Infotech Inc decided to start from scratch. We don’t know if that could have been avoided, but maybe if there was a technical advisor, it could have been.

They’re an excellent company all around. The team is diligent and is more focused on ensuring the work is high-quality than being paid. Their team checks in with you from many levels, and their employees are very engaged.

I've already discussed this with Brainvire Infotech Inc, but I'd like to gather customer feedback before building a new module. My company doesn't have a good feedback system, and I think we could've backlogged some projects if we had better customer feedback. My only suggestion is to ensure there is enough customer demand before we undertake a larger assignment and focus more on stabilizing the existing product.

Brainvire's team developed a custom application with features such as Global Settings, holiday module, and products Module. This tailored solution not only streamlines the user experience but also improves operational efficiency for us in various aspects of their online nursery business.
Brainvire provided great support following the launch of our custom application and assured me that any minor concerns I had would be resolved.

Arpit and the whole team were very sharp with communication and were excellent to work with. We had to make adjustments internally that shifted some of the due dates of the app, but they delivered everything they said they would and did an excellent job.
