We launched our company back in 2019, and we needed to bring on someone who was familiar with SEO.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire has provided us with SEO services since we launched our company. Their efforts have included backlinking, blog writing, affiliate collaboration, and keyword research. They’ve also reviewed our website and made suggestions on what to change to improve our SEO. When they write blogs, they also send them to other affiliate websites.
In addition to SEO, they’re currently helping us with a few PPC services, but we’re watching our budget, so we rather focus most of our efforts on SEO to improve our organic traffic on our site and social media like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. They’ve also offered to help us with Google Ads, but we found it expensive, so we put it aside.

The only issue we’ve had with Brainvire is with their writing. Because Indian English and American English differ, sometimes their blogs have had issues with grammar, or the content hasn’t been consistent with the product.
However, we work together, and they don’t post anything until we approve it. Thus, we’ve been able to correct those mistakes, and they’ve been very good at following our direction. We’re experts on our product, and they’re experts on SEO, so we collaborate and share knowledge, which is the most important thing in the end.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communication is key. Initially, we had connection issues with the platforms we used, but once we moved to Google Meet and experienced clearer video conferencing, we were able to move faster. Don’t be afraid to communicate with them and find the best channel to do so.
Additionally, you need to be patient. In the beginning, they need to learn about your business and see what works and what doesn’t. Therefore, you have to give it 3–6 months before you see real results. Furthermore, provide them with the resources and information they’ll need, don’t expect them to do all the work, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Chintan, the CEO, met with us and demonstrated that his firm has a high level of commitment to the project they work on, as well as to supporting innovative entrepreneurs as a technology partner. Arpit was the lead for the development team we worked with on a day-to-day basis. He was an excellent team captain, facilitating communication, keeping everyone on task, and showing a high level of commitment to the project and quality execution.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We achieved the completion of our business requirements within a reasonable cost and time frame, and are happy with the quality of the output and the value realized from the initial investment.

We drew up detailed requirements, tested the output coded by Brainvire to supplement their internal testing and met frequently with Arpit and the development team to clarify the requirements as needed and fix any bugs that arose in the coding. As business leads, we prioritized fixes and the development of new features. Some tools we used for our communication included Trello, Slack, email and MS Teams. The team consistently met the deadlines mutually agreed upon.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed with their level of commitment to our project. We enjoyed meeting with the CEO, business development head, the technology team, and other web design team members . The agency approach and support available from different types of technical talent (Wordpress, devops, design, etc.) was particularly helpful for us.

Throughout the process, we were clear when we were happy and when we had concerns. Brainvire did an excellent job of being responsive to the latter. As a result, we had an excellent experience and looked forward to continuing to work with them as a technology partner.
